Dashboard Centre Padded Panel – Landcruiser FJ55

Description

This part is the centre padded panel that mounts beneath the gauges and radio panel.

This part requires significant manual effort as it requires printing in multiple parts, joining and then to be covered in marine vinyl (leather look). This process occurs over a number of days to ensure good adhesion all over ensuring a long service life.

The metal backing bar is not normally supplied with this part.

As this is printed in rigid plastic, it won’t be as soft as the original, but looks good and has a nice feel with the marine vinyl. We recommend cleaning and repainting the metal backing bar before attaching the new padding. We can help with this if you want the ship as the original part. It will be returned with the metal backing fitted in this case. Alternatively, we can make a new metal backing if yours is missing.

Default Material: PETG (Support Structure) and Marine Vinyl (typically Black, others available on request in options) covering.

Option 1: 
Supply printed part only, no Vinyl or metal backing.

Option 2: 
Supply part without metal backing.
You will need to remove the metal backing from the original part, clean it and fit it to the new padding part supplied. Screw holes are provided in the supplied part and screws can be supplied on request.

Black vinyl is supplied as a default. Alternative colours can be supplied if preferred depending on availability may vary the price. Email us to discuss colours (contact@3domengineering.com.au).

Option 4:  Estimate $160

Send us your original part for cleaning and painting. Additional cost will be incurred and will vary depending on the condition of the original part. These costs need to be agreed before accepting an order.

Option 5: Estimate = $160 + fabrication cost

If you don’t have the original part we can have a new metal backing fabricated. This will be for an additional cost. This is sourced from a fabricator and a quote will need to be source when required.
These additional costs will need to be approved and confirmed before accepting the order.
